How it works

Common questions

Are you reading my emails?

Only the sent emails needed for the audit. The goal is to identify past clients, quoted prospects, replies, and follow-up opportunities. I am not reading through your inbox casually, and I am not using the access for anything outside this project. Access is read-only. Nothing is sent, deleted, moved, or changed.

Can you send emails from my account?

No. The audit does not give me permission to send emails from your account. If you add done-for-you outreach, the emails are written separately, reviewed with you first, and only sent after you approve them.

What happens to the data?

Your sent-email history is used only to build the audit files. You receive the cleaned CSVs, dashboard, and any approved follow-up hooks. The working files are deleted 30 days after delivery unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Can I revoke access?

Yes. You can revoke access at any time. The access is only needed while the audit is being completed. If you revoke access before the audit is finished, I may not be able to complete the full review, but you are always in control of the account access.

What exactly do I get?

You get a clean re-engagement file built from your own email history. Depending on the tier, that can include past client CSV, prospect and quoted lead CSV, company and contact grouping, status tags, notes from the original relationship, follow-up priority, review file for uncertain matches, filterable dashboard, personalized follow-up hooks for qualified contacts, and optional email templates for outreach tools or manual Gmail follow-up. The point is simple: you leave with a list you can actually use.

Will this work if my business is new?

Maybe. If you have very few sent emails, past quotes, or client conversations, there may not be enough history to justify a deeper run yet. That is why the Audit tier exists. It is a lower-cost way to see whether there is enough value in your sent folder before doing anything bigger.

Who should I actually be re-contacting?

People who already have a reason to know you — past clients, quoted prospects, referrals, vendors, anyone who replied to you before. The best use is thoughtful follow-up.

Do I need an outreach tool?

No. You can use the file manually from Gmail, Google Sheets, or any normal email workflow. If you already use Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, or another outreach tool, I can format the file so it is easier to upload.

What platforms do you support?

Gmail is the cleanest setup. If you use Google Workspace, that is usually straightforward. If you use Outlook, multiple inboxes, or something unusual, mention it on the scope call and I will tell you what is practical. For outreach, I can format the final CSV for most standard tools, including Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Mailshake, or manual Gmail follow-up.

What if the inbox is messy?

That is normal. Old conversations are usually messy. People change companies, threads get buried, quotes go unanswered, and contacts repeat across years. The audit is meant to clean that up. Anything uncertain gets flagged for review instead of being treated as fact.
